4 questionsGoKoach is Singapore’s first private coaching and personal development platform.
In simple terms - it’s a place you go when you want to stop guessing and actually get something done. Instead of watching another video or reading another guide, you work with someone who helps you take action and walk away with real results.
From learning a new skill to trying something you have always wanted to do, to having an accountability partner - every experience is designed to be hands-on, practical, and outcome-driven.
Anyone who wants to do more, learn faster, or try something new. You don’t need to be an expert, or even know exactly what you’re looking for.
Some people come to:

- Try something different
- Or just do something fun that actually feels meaningful
If you’re curious, open to trying, and ready to take action - you will fit right in.
For now, GoKoach is focused on Singapore.
If you’re a customer outside of Singapore and want to book a coach, please make sure your coach is able to deliver their session in virtual format before purchasing. You will be able to see this in the listing.
We’re building and curating experiences locally to make sure quality stays high and everything runs smoothly. As we grow, we will be expanding to other markets - stay tuned.
We don’t believe you need a fancy title or degree to have something valuable to share. Some of the best coaches are:
- People who have spent years mastering a skill
- Individuals with real-world experience
- Or those who have simply done what others are trying to do
That said, we take quality seriously. Every coach goes through a selection process that includes interviews and background checks. We look at what they have done, how they work with people, and whether they can deliver meaningful, outcome-driven experiences.
You will see two types of coaches on GoKoach:
- GoKoach Verified • experienced professionals with a track record of delivering structured programmes and strong outcomes
- GoKoach Community Coaches • passionate individuals with real skills and experience, offering more flexible, hands-on sessions

For customers
5 questionsBooking a session on GoKoach is a simple, 4-step process:
- Find your coach. Browse the listings and pick a session that matches your goals.
- Secure your spot. Purchase a ticket for your chosen session. Payment is handled safely through HitPay.
- Choose your time. Check your confirmation email, view your coach’s calendar, and book a slot that works for you both.
- You are set. Download your ticket from your dashboard or email, and bring it to your session.
Your ticket holds all the details for your session, so once it is booked you are all set. Just bring it along and enjoy!
A ticket is a digital entitlement that confirms your purchase for a specific coaching listing. You need to purchase a ticket first before you can book a session slot with your coach.
This ensures payment is secured before a slot is reserved, which protects both the client and the coach. One ticket corresponds to one session booking unless the listing states otherwise.
Refunds are available only within 24 hours of purchase. To request one, email support@gokoach.com - each request is reviewed case by case by our team, and can cover your whole purchase or individual tickets.
After 24 hours, tickets are non-refundable. Most GoKoach listings are sold as open tickets, so you have the flexibility to book, cancel, and rebook within the validity period - check the ticket expiry stated on the listing and plan to use your session(s) within that timeframe.
If a coach cancels a confirmed session, you will be notified by email and your ticket will be reinstated so you can rebook at a time that suits you. Note: some coaches require a minimum pax to facilitate a class.
If you would prefer a refund instead, contact us at support@gokoach.com and we will arrange it.
Yes. Once a session is marked as completed, you will be able to submit a review from your account. Reviews help other clients make informed decisions and help coaches improve their services.
All reviews must be honest, accurate, and respectful.
For coaches
3 questionsTo list your services, register for a coach account and submit your application for review here.
GoKoach supports the following session types:
- Private sessions: 1-on-1 coaching between you and a client (Open Date)
- Group sessions: Sessions with multiple participants, based on the capacity you set (Fixed Date)
Coaches have full ownership of how they deliver their sessions.
For virtual sessions, you will host them on your own preferred platform (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). For in-person sessions, you will arrange your own venue or space suitable for your experience.
GoKoach coaches are bound by a Code of Conduct shared with each coach during onboarding.
Coaches are not permitted to solicit clients to book or pay for sessions outside the GoKoach platform. Violation of this rule may result in suspension, removal of your coach account, or other penalties.
Payments
1 questionsGoKoach uses HitPay for all payment processing. HitPay is a unified payment platform that supports over 50 domestic and international payment methods, depending on your business location.
Account
4 questionsYou can register using your email address or sign in with Google. Email verification is required to activate your account.
On the login page, click “Forgot password” and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link by email.
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@gokoach.com.
To close your account, contact us at support@gokoach.com with your request.
Closing your account will cancel any active bookings and listings. Completed transaction records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We take your privacy seriously. GoKoach collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
